A rudraksha is counted by its mukhi - the number of faces or clefts running down the bead. Many websites pair each mukhi with a planet and prescribe a bead for your chart. This page does not, because no text read makes that pairing. The one text found that pairs the mukhis with anything - the Shivarahasya, quoted by the Nirnayasindhu - pairs them with deities, and that list is given below with its source.

The Nirnayasindhu (Kamalakara Bhatta, 1612; Nirnaya Sagara Press 1901, p. 256) quotes the Shivarahasya for fourteen kinds of rudraksha, each by its number of faces, each with the deity it belongs to. The list is a deity for each bead, not a planet: one face is Shiva, two Hara-Gauri, four Brahma, five Kalagni, six Guha, seven Ananta, eight Vinayaka, nine Bhairava, ten Vishnu, eleven Rudra, twelve Aditya, thirteen Kama and fourteen Shrikantha. The line for three faces is damaged in the scan that was read; it names one born of fire, probably Agni.
The common table - one or twelve faces for the Sun, two for the Moon, three for Mars, four for Mercury, five for Jupiter, six for Venus, seven or fourteen for Saturn, eight for Rahu and nine for Ketu - was searched for and not found. Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra's remedial chapters prescribe mantra, yantra, daana and puja and name no rudraksha; Phaladeepika names none either. Against the Shivarahasya's list only one row of the common table coincides (twelve faces, Aditya, the Sun). So this app records the planet pairing as refused, and it no longer names a bead for a planet anywhere.
If you want the part of a planet's remedy that has a verse behind it, it is the japa: the Graha-Shanti chapter of Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, verses 19 to 20, gives the counts for the nine grahas, from 7,000 for the Sun to 23,000 for Saturn.
