What you are buying
A one-off, personalised PDF report generated from the birth details you supply. It is delivered immediately after payment and remains available to re-download from your account for 90 days. There is no subscription and nothing recurring — you will not be charged again.
We will refund in full
- The report was not delivered. Payment succeeded but no report was generated, or the download never became available.
- You were charged more than once for the same report.
- The report is defective — for example it is empty, truncated, or was computed from birth details other than the ones you entered. Tell us and we will either regenerate it or refund it, your choice.
- You were charged after cancelling at the payment window.
We generally cannot refund
- A correctly generated report that has already been delivered, simply because you changed your mind.
- A report computed from birth details that were entered incorrectly. The calculation is only as accurate as the birth time and place given, so please check them before paying. If you mistyped, write to us — we will usually regenerate the report from the corrected details at no charge rather than refund it.
- Disagreement with the interpretation. Every reading traces to a named classical text and we will happily show you which one, but the tradition itself is not something we can warrant.
How to request a refund
Email support@astrozivi.com within 7 days of purchase, quoting the order id from your receipt. We acknowledge within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the funds typically take 5–7 working days to appear, which is your bank's timeline rather than ours.
