The table states position, and only position. Every value in it is measured, not interpreted:
These are Nirayana (sidereal) longitudes: the tropical position minus the ayanamsha, the slowly growing gap between the equinox and the fixed stars. The ayanamsha used here is Lahiri (Chitra-paksha), the Indian government standard and the default throughout this site, currently a little over 24 degrees.
That is why a Western ephemeris will usually place a planet about 24 degrees further along than this table does - most of a whole sign, so a planet in the last third of a Vedic sign will often show up in the next one. Neither is wrong; they are measurements against two different zero points. The positions shown here are the ones a Vedic chart, a panchang and a gochar reading are all built from.
A graha is retrograde when, seen from Earth, it appears to move backwards against the stars - an effect of the two bodies orbiting at different speeds, not of the planet reversing. Only Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn actually turn: the Sun and Moon never do, and with the mean node used here Rahu and Ketu are retrograde every day of the year.

There is no house column here, and that is a decision rather than an omission. A house is counted from something in a birth chart - the ascendant, or the natal Moon for gochar. This page has no birth chart by construction, so there is nothing to count from, and printing a house number anyway would be printing a placeholder.
It also offers no reading of the positions. If you want the transits weighed against your own chart - houses from your natal Moon, Sade Sati, Ashtakavarga bindus, day-by-day favourability - that work belongs on the Transits and Transit Calendar pages, which ask for birth details because they genuinely need them.
